Holiday cottage accommodation
Kohukohu Cottage is located beside the harbour in the village of Kohukohu. The cottage has two bedrooms, a living room and two verandahs, a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, washing machine, telephone, small TV, DVD player and radio. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower and handbasin. An adjacent room contains a toilet and handbasin. Heaters are in the bedrooms and living room. Linen, towels and duvets are supplied. Undercover parking is available for one car.
The first bedroom contains a queen bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed.
There are excellent harbour views from the bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

How to Confirm a Reservation for Kohukohu Cottage
- Contact our office by telephone or email to confirm availability and and make a reservation. Office hours for the telephone are 8:30am to 8:30pm every day. If we have availability we will inform you of the price of accommodation.
- After a reservation is made, a 20% deposit of the total cost of stay is required. This deposit can be paid by Visa or Mastercard (we require the name on card, card number and expiry date). A deposit can also be paid by cheque or by direct deposit in to our bank account.
- Reservations for peak periods or extended stays may require a 50% deposit as confirmation.
- Our office can receive Visa or Mastercard payments by telephone or by Paymate Express. Office hours for the telephone are 8:30am to 8:30pm every day.
- Your booking is not confirmed until we have contacted you to say that your deposit has been received.
- Our web site prices are for payments made in full before departure from Kohukohu Cottage.
Confirm a Reservation by Telephone with Visa or Mastercard
- Contact our office by telephone to confirm availability and make a reservation. Office hours for the telephone are 8:30am to 8:30pm every day. If we have availability we will inform you of the price of accommodation.
- Confirm the reservation by giving our office your name and Visa and Mastercard details. These details will be kept at The Tree House office until your departure date. We may also ask you for your telephone number.
- If your Visa or Mastercard expires before arrival date, the reservation will need to be confirmed again with a new expiry date.
- If your reservation is cancelled, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% or 50% of the cost of accommodaion may be charged to your Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellation Policy
- On cancellation of a booking, deposits are not refundable, however the deposit can be transferred to another reservation made within 6 months of the cancellation.
- A cancellation/amendment to a reservation (or an existing stay) or a No Show can result in a cancellation fee charged equivalent to one night's tariff or up to 50% of the cost of the stay, at the discretion of the cottage management.
